Great!
This tailpiece is made of quality ebony wood, well finished and relatively lightweight. I'm not quite sure if it's the varying distance to the bridge (from where the strings are attached) or the low weight of this item, probably both factors, but this tailpiece improved the response, balance and volume of my antique double bass significantly!
