UK retailers had indeterminate delivery times. Only Thomann could deliver in time for my next gig. I have struggled with dropouts on 2.4GHz systems so got this as it’s on UHF. First gig next week. Setup really simple and the design very well thought through. The receiver seems happy whether in a rack it hard case as I’ve chosen to do, the transmitter bodypack is fine slotting into my back pocket rather than guitar strap and the menu structure is so intuitive setup is a 5 second job. The acid test for me will be onstage in an RF noisy environment with devices all competing for spectrum. But so far, this is proving to be a design benefiting from Shure’s status as an industry leader. I have a 1990’s analogue Shure system and can see the evolution. Hoping the extra cost will be more than worth it. Nice touch that Thomann supplied a Euro to UK power cord adaptor FOR FREE! For this reason alone Thomann is my first choice!!!

Adquirí este sistema tras años lidiando con cortes e interferencias en otros inalámbricos, especialmente en espacios saturados de señales WiFi. Desde que uso el SLXD14E G59, no he tenido ni una sola pérdida de señal en más de 4 meses de uso intensivo en directo.

Funciona con baterías AA recargables, lo cual es clave para mí frente a sistemas con batería integrada. Esto me da flexibilidad y control sobre la autonomía, sin depender de cargadores propietarios.

El transmisor incluye un cable mini-XLR a jack con rosca en el conector, lo que aporta seguridad adicional. Personalmente preferiría una conexión jack-jack estándar (más accesible y fácil de reemplazar en el entorno de un guitarrista), pero la estabilidad y solidez de la transmisión compensan de sobra.

Un sistema robusto, profesional y muy fiable para quien necesita rendimiento constante sin complicaciones.
