In general, I am not a fan of Behringer clones od products that are still in production, like it is a case here. This is a copy of Xaos Devices Batumi.
I would happily pay for the more expensive original, out of the respect for original designers, even if there are no functional differences. The only reason I went for Behringer version is because it is wider.
I wish other manufacturers would get out of the prevailing mindset that "smaller is better" because you can cram a lot of modules into small case, to the point of being very unpleasant to use and tweak in the real time. It seem s that Behringer is one of the few companies that values the importance of ergonomics when it comes to eurorack modules.
Module works as it should, it is nice and wide, even if it is a rip-off of a existing module.

Fourmulator für Preisbewußte
Ein sehr praktisches Modul. Vier LFOs, die synchronisierbar sind und alle drei Ausgänge haben, von denen einer (für alle 4 parallel) verschiedene Sägezahn-Verwandte ausgeben kann. Damit ist man in einem kleinen Modulations-Himmel und kann wild - auch miteinander getaktet und geteilte - CV im Rack fluktuieren lassen. Wie bei allen Behringer Modulen: Kann für den Preis wirklich viel. Istunter Anderem Vermona`s Fourmulator "nachempfunden".

Batumi Clone
Wenn einen das geclone nicht stört, bekommt man für kleines Geld ein super LFO Modul und man kann bedenkenlos zugreifen. Gilt natürlich auch für die anderen Behringer Clone. Man kennt ja die Originale, Funktionen also super, den günstigen Preis merkt man am Material. Nicht das es schlecht ist, keines falls aber ein Batumi oder Maths z.B. fühlen sich halt doch anders an!

Im eigenen Takt gut, mit Extern zu Statisch
Bin mit dem Modul nicht Warm geworden. Sicher gibt es hier gute Möglichkeiten der LFO Steuerung. Aber wenn man eine Externe Clock in das Modul gibt läuft der LFO nur nach der Clock und lässt sich über den Regler nicht mehr steuern. Will das nicht verteufeln aber wie schon gesagt bin ich mit dem Modul nicht warm geworden.
