Preishit in hochwertiger Chromoptik

Als ich dieses Mikrofon bei Thomann gesehen habe, musste ich es als großer Fan der Rock'n'Roll-Bewegung natürlich sofort kaufen und war verblüfft, was für ein wunderbares Mikrofon ich somit erstanden habe.

Das Mikrofon besticht durch seine Einfachheit. Es wird auf ein einfaches Sockel-Mikrofonstativ aufgeschraubt, mit einem XLR-Kabel verbunden und besitzt einen Ein-/Ausschalter.
Da ich eher höhere Stimmlagen singe, hatte ich mit diesem Mikrofon nie Probleme und war beieindruckt von der Stimmfarbe die mir dieses Equipmentstück verliehen hat, allerdings muss ich dazu sagen, dass Sänger die tiefer Töne nicht sehr laut singen können bei diesem Mikrofon ein wenig Probleme bekommen können, die aber durch Modifikationen am Mischpult ebenfalls schnell zu beheben sind.

Verarbeitet ist dieses Mikrofon sehr gut, das Gehäuse ist fest verschraubt und mir sind keine groben Mängel aufgefallen.

Ich kann dieses Produkt nur empfehlen.

Elvis-Style

Das Mikro habe ich mir in erster Linie wegen des tollen Designs gekauft. Ich benutze es nur für Demoaufnahmen Zuhause, da kommt es nicht so sehr auf die Soundqualität hin. Diese ist dann auch nicht so berauschend, aber für den Preis wiederum gar nicht so schlecht. Und wenn das Mikro so unbenutzt im Wohnzimmer steht sieht es halt toll aus!
Einmal wollten wir das Mirko dann doch bei einer Geburtstagsfeier Live einsetzen (wir hatten ein paar Elvis Songs geprobt..) aber die Rückkopplung und ein sehr unklarer Sound haben uns doch wieder davon abgebracht. Die Songs wurden dann natürlich trotzdem gespielt, nur halt nicht ganz so authentisch.
Fazit: Für den Preis ist das T-Bone ein gutes Mikro, welches aber eher durch gutes Aussehen und Robustheit besticht, als durch guten Sound. Für meine Bedürfnisse aber genau richtig. Den Kauf habe ich nie bereut.

Schwer (aber) in Ordnung

abgesehen von der Ästetik dieses Mikrofones, ist auf jeden Fall das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis positiv zu bemerken. Es gibt einen sehr klaren Klang (Männerstimme) ab, und kommt gut durch. Dann ein bisschen experimentiert mit Stimmeneffekten, auch da hatte ich ein gutes Gefühl. Ein bisschen Radiostimme und Hall, dann mal aufgedreht, da scheppert und quietscht nichts. Es ist jetzt nicht das grosse Konzertmikro, aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck bei den Proben. Die anderen kosten dann ja auch erheblich mehr. Es liegt schwer in der Hand, aber das finde ich gut, denn ich mag solide Bauart. Die Handhabung ist einfach.

Was will man mehr zu dem Preis? Und: Falls ich es noch nicht erwähnt habe.....es sieht einfach top aus.

Halt kein Shure

Als ich den kleinen Koffer vom GM-55 bekam, war ich erst erstaunt wie schwer diese "billige Kopie" ist. Nach den ersten Probeaufnahmen war ich aber doch recht Angetan von dem T-Bone. Ich würde es zwar nicht wie geplant im Studio einsetzen, aber um z.B. beim Composing Quide Spuren ein zusingen ohne jetzt groß ein Kondensator Mic aufzubauen geht der Mic von T-Bone auf alle Fälle klar.

Einstöpseln, Gain aufdrehen und los singen/sprechen. Es ist durchschnittlich empfindlich und neigt leicht dazu etwas Nasal zu klingen. Das kleine mitgelieferte Tischstativ ist auch eine nette Geschichte, auf jeden Fall nutzbar.

Die Verarbeitung ist extrem Robust. Vom Gefühl könnte man Fenster damit ein schmeißen und es würde danach noch immer funktionieren.

Fazit: Ganz klar keine Konkurrenz zum Original Shure Elvis Mic, aber eine tolle günstige Alternative. Bedingt Studio tauglich, aber durchaus für den Live-Einsatz. Angesichts des Preises und des Lieferumfangs (Mic, Plastik-Koffer, Tischstativ aus Metal) eine klare Kaufempfehlung für all die, die eine unkompliziertes und günstiges Mic mit einem Extravagantem Design suchen.
